I believe we include what you need in the Geneva release disk. I could be
wrong (as I don't have the release disks in front of me). If they are
not, it would be trivial to release this info.

Currently? Check to see if Geneva is running.

Yes.

Built-in. Technically, the help application is uncompresed from the
NEODESK.EXE library, loaded into memory, and control is passed to it
(with any necessary parameters). Very customized.
